2, record 2, French, - %C3%A9quilibrage%20dynamique

In contrast to the automatic recording instruments monitoring volume increases at constant pressure, van de Craats maintained the volume constant and recorded automatically the pressure changes by means of an electromagnetic manometer devised by Kinkel.... In addition to van de Craats’ work with pressure-sensing devices, Novák and Janák constructed a detector which represents the pneumatic analog of a Wheatstone bridge, employing the dynamic effects of pneumatic obstructions such as capillaries and constrictions for determining component fractions emerging from the gas chromatographic column. Requiring no electrical power yet having an accuracy comparable to high precision thermal conductivity cells, it expresses the pressure differential, either differentially or integrally, caused by the eluted component as a diagonal from zero. Furthermore, the substance analyzed is never in contact with the detector. 1, record 4, English, - pressure%20detector

The Taxpayer Bill of Rights is a set of fifteen rights confirming that the Canada Revenue Agency(CRA) will serve taxpayers with a high degree of accuracy, professionalism, courteousness and fairness. The Taxpayer Bill of Rights will make it easier for you to understand what you can expect in your dealings with us; that you will be treated fairly under clear and established rules, and that you can look forward to high standards of service in all your interactions with us. The Taxpayer Bill of Rights also includes the CRA Commitment to Small Business, a five-part statement through which the CRA undertakes to support the competitiveness of the Canadian business community by ensuring that interactions with the CRA are as effective and efficient as possible. These commitments complement the Government of Canada's pledge to create a competitive and dynamic business environment in which Canadian businesses will thrive. Taxpayer rights have been evolving since 1985 when the National Revenue Minister introduced a publication titled "Declaration of Taxpayer Rights. "Several factors such as new tax laws and the changing environment in which businesses and taxpayers operate were some of the catalysts behind these new expanded and enhanced taxpayer rights. 1, record 5, English, - Taxpayer%20Bill%20of%20Rights

1, record 5, French, - Charte%20des%20droits%20du%20contribuable

Record number: 6, Textual support number: 2 CONT
The dynamic amplification factor(DAF) is an important parameter in the design of highway bridges and yet no worldwide consensus has been reached so far as to its value. Some disagreement exists between provisions of various national bridge codes. This is because the DAF depends, in addition to the maximum span or the natural frequency, on many other parameters that are difficult to take into account with reasonable accuracy. Vehicle speed, weight, and dynamic characteristics, the state of the structure, roadway roughness, expansion joints, the type of bridge supports, soil-structure interaction, and influence of secondary elements are some aspects influencing the DAF. This study reviews the analytical and experimental findings on bridge dynamics and the evaluation of the DAF. 3, record 6, English, - dynamic%20amplification%20factor

Representing the evolution in time of a dynamic system by left shifts of the digits in a suitable number system brings out another important property of systems for which such a representation is possible. No matter how accurately the initial condition x0 of a coordinate is known, the accuracy will always be finite, that is, the digits of x0 to the right of the last known digit will be unknown. As the dynamic system evolves in time, the unknown digits will be shifted to the left; that is, they will grow in significance, and will sooner or later arrive at the "decimal" point and thus dominate the behavior of the system. And because the digits are unknown, this behavior will be completely unpredictable. The resulting motion is called chaotic. 2, record 12, English, - chaotic
