But employees will be encouraged to make the most of their space by storing information on diskette, rather than in filing cabinets. The look will be cleaner and less cluttered. Chaque poste de travail comprendra de grandes surfaces bien éclairées pour les ordinateurs et offriront, dans l'ensemble, un plus grand espace utilisable. Il y aura en outre beaucoup de rangement au-dessus et au-dessous des surfaces de travail. Les employés seront toutefois encouragés à maximiser leur espace en emmagasinant l'information sur disquette plutôt que dans des classeurs. Les locaux auront ainsi l'air plus propres et plus dégagés.
