CONT

Le cryodécapage consiste à congeler très rapidement le matériel à étudier, généralement dans l'azote ou l'hélium liquide. Une fois congelé, l'objet est placé sous vide et découpé, une légère cryodessiccation décape la surface et dégage certaines structures, qui apparaissent en relief.
