[The] Precession/Nutation Card... provides the digital logic for spin sectoring, precession commands, active nutation control and engine mode selection. The spin sectoring portion receives a sun-centered pulse from the PAS and an input from the spacecraft clock. With this information available, the spin period is divided into 128 parts. The current sector status(position) is maintained and updated throughout each spin cycle. This logic information on the spin status is interfaced with both the precession command logic and active nutation control logic. In the precession logic the current sector status is compared with a ground command consisting of three parts : sector ID to start firing a precession thruster, sector ID to stop firing a precession thruster and the number of consecutive spin cycles during which the precession jet will be fired. 2, record 12, English, - precession%20command

External forces on the ISS [International Space Station] during flight in low-Earth orbit require attitude adjustments using the control functions(effectors)... These forces act on the Station to produce torques that are dependent on the seasons, diurnal(daily) phase, and the solar cycle. To counter these forces the Control Moment Gyros and Gyrodynes are used to rotate the ISS in the opposite directions, until the momentum stored in these gyros reaches a maximum, or saturation. At this point, the gyros must be desaturated, or spun down, by firing the thrusters in the opposite direction. [The] B-2 Spirit originally started as Project Senior CJ and [was] later renamed as ATB(Advance Tactical Bomber). The B-2 uses four F-118 Turbofans.... The turbofan has intake and exhaust at the top of the aircraft to prevent ground control to spot them. The pilot and co-pilot are seated side by side in a zero-zero vertically ejecting ACES II seats.... a B-2 can get updates for GPS satellites to avoid ground firing while the pilot spots the target. Once the target is found, the pilot will turn on special radar, which only scan the target area and once spotted the B-2 will launch its nuclear ordnance or SRAM II missiles.... the B-2 provides the penetrating flexibility and effectiveness inherent in manned bombers. Its low-observable, or "stealth, "characteristics give it the unique ability to penetrate an enemy's most sophisticated defenses and threaten its most-valued, and heavily defended targets. Its unrefueled range is approximately 6, 000 nautical miles(9, 600 kilometers). The B-2's low observability is derived from a combination of reduced infrared, acoustic, electromagnetic, visual and radar signatures. 2, record 30, English, - advanced%20tactical%20bomber

2, record 31, French, - surveillance%20de%20flamme

Return Flow Mechanical Atomizing Oil Burners. This [commercial-industrial oil] burner is a modification of a mechanical atomizing burner; atomization is accomplished by oil pressure alone.... The burner was developed for use in large installations such as on shipboard and in electric generating stations.... It is also used for firing large hot water boilers compressed air is too expensive for atomizing oil in large burners.... Wide range is accomplished by use of a return-flow nozzle which has a swirl chamber just ahead of the orifice or sprayer plate. Good atomization is attained by maintaining a high rate of oil flow and high pressure drop through the swirl chamber. The excess oil above the load demand is returned from the swirl chamber to the oil storage tank or to the oil pump suction. Control of burning rate is accomplished by varying the oil pressure in both the oil inlet and the oil return lines. 1, record 45, English, - return%20flow%20mechanical%20atomizing%20oil%20burner
