... Viral Nervous Necrosis is a virus with an RNA genome belonging to the genus Betanodavirus, of the family Nodaviridae, which includes viruses that infect fishes and insects. This virus causes the disease, known as viral nerve necrosis(VNN : Viral Nervous Necrosis), also called viral encephalitis of fish or viral encephalopathy and retinopathy(VER : Viral Encephalopathy and Retinopathy), which mainly affects larvae and fingerlings of marine species, among which include groupes, cod ans sea bass. However, this virus has been identified in dozens of different fish species throughout the world, both in populations of aquaculture industry species in marine farms, and in wild species. 3, record 1, English, - tiger%20puffer%20nervous%20necrosis%20virus

1, record 1, Spanish, - encefalopat%C3%ADa%20y%20retinopat%C3%ADa%20viral%20de%20los%20peces

The Centre for Aquatic Plant Management(CAPM) in the United Kingdom is promoting a method of controlling algae that involves the application of barley straw to lakes. As the straw decomposes in the lake, it releases a chemical which inhibits algal growth. This method may be a good alternative to using copper-containing compounds since it is not known to have toxic effects on rooted aquatic plants, zooplankton, insect larvae or fish. It appears to be a cost-effective and environmentally acceptable way to control algae in ponds and lakes. 2, record 26, English, - barley%20straw

2, record 26, French, - paille%20d%27orge

Inundated rice fields always have a small population of fish which gain access with the water, and this probably gave rise to the practise of deliberate stocking and harvesting. The trapping of shrimp larvae in fallow rice fields and growing to market size is an old age-old practice and still exists in parts in India. It is believed that rice-field culture was introduced into Southeast Asia from India about 1500 years ago Tamura, 1961). 2, record 28, English, - rice%2Dfish%20culture

1, record 30, French, - maladie%20des%20taches%20noires
