Sustainable eating is about choosing foods that are healthful to our environment and our bodies. According to the 2019 EAT-Lancet Commission on healthy diets from sustainable food systems, a global shift toward more plant-based foods would help feed the world's growing population a nutritious and sustainable diet. This plant-based eating style includes more legumes(beans, peas, lentils, peanuts), whole grains, vegetables, fruits and nuts, and [fewer] animal-based foods, especially red meat and processed meat. Limiting refined grains and added sugars is encouraged as well. 3, record 2, English, - sustainable%20eating

5, record 2, French, - alimentation%20%C3%A9coresponsable

This insect infests flour, feeds, nuts, dried fruit, breakfast cereals, biscuits, and seeds, but rarely grains such as wheat and barley. At one time it was the most serious pest in flour mills. The larvae spin silken threads, matting food particles together, and clogging machinery to such an extent that mill operations can be seriously hindered. However, modern control measures have eliminated this pest from most mills. 2, record 6, English, - mediterranean%20flour%20moth

The adult has a wing-spread of about 2.5 centimetres. The forewings are pale grey with transverse black wavy lines. The female moth lays about 300 eggs. When fully grown, the larvae are about 1.2 centimetres long, whitish or pinkish in colour, with a dark brown head. The body hairs on the back arise from dark brown spots. When mature, the larvae spin cocoons in which they pupate. The cocoon may be formed in food, machinery, or on bare surfaces. The life cycle from egg to adult requires about eight or nine weeks under summer conditions. 2, record 6, English, - mediterranean%20flour%20moth

Many of the newer grains developed in Canada came forward in response to efforts by the grain industry to diversify small grains production in the early 1970s. The emphasis now has shifted increasingly to finding grain varieties with the capacity for increased yields and quality suitable to meet the growing export requirements for food and feed grains. In general, ship garbage resembles average municipal garbage. When it is generated near shore or in port it must be put ashore into dock-side reception facilities. When at sea, food wastes and other biodegradables may be "discharged" overboard under controlled conditions, but plastics... must be put ashore, no matter where they are generated. One type of waste presents a classification problem, namely dry bulk cargo residues such as grains, fertilizers, ores and others. 1, record 24, English, - dry%20bulk%20cargo%20residues

1, record 24, French, - r%C3%A9sidus%20secs%20de%20cargaison%20en%20vrac
