This service, initially offered in competition to established public telecommunication operators, is now increasingly part of PTO services. Call-back can potentially offer substantial savings to consumers. Most US-based call-back services rely on uncompleted call signalling systems. This type of call-back service solicits pre-subscribed customers in a foreign country to dial a US telephone number and, after a certain number of rings, to hang up. The US call-back company then initiates a call to the foreign telephone number and when the foreign caller answers, he or she receives a US dial tone from the switch at the reseller's US location. The customer can then place a call in the United States or to a foreign destination. 2, record 21, English, - call%2Dback

"Grey Marketing" is a relatively new phenomenon in the global marketplace. Also known as a parallel trader or international discounter, a grey marketeer is a company or broker that buys surplus brand name goods from distributors in foreign countries where prices are lower, and then sells them in countries where demand is strong and prices are higher, often reaping foreign exchange benefits in the process. Goods imported in this way are generally sold outside normal distribution networks through unauthorized dealers and at prices which undercut the standard pricing structure in that market. 1, record 41, English, - grey%20marketing

1, record 43, French, - nationaliste%20%C3%A9conomique
