Intervention Fund Project approved on January 19, 1999 by the Employment Equity Positive Measures Program Management Board. This project will result in the development of a strategic learning framework on leadership and diversity for the EX community. The program, developed by the Canadian Centre for Management Development, is designed for executives who are committed to enhancing their performance and capabilities in managing diversity in their current and continuing roles as public service leaders.
