The National Project Management System(NPMS) is Public Works and Government Services Canada(PWGSC) 's project management framework for Real Property Projects and Business Projects – IT-Enabled. The System was developed as a national, project management methodology by the Real Property Branch(RPB). It provides on-line project management guidance, best practices, tools, templates and project management and technical documentation.

In 2006, the PWGSC Project Delivery System (PDS) was changed to the National Project Management System (NPMS).
