A wall of offset 2x4s (interior then exterior) with a thick cavity filled with cellulose insulation.

OBS

This wall system uses less wood than conventional framing and when filled with cellulose is non-toxic, has low air-infiltration, is resistant to insects and rodents, can be very well insulated(12 inches or more) with no thermal bridging.

Types of roof decks... Steel decks. This type is composed of a number of pieces of sheet metal formed with ribs, to give strength and rigidity. The sheets are attached by welding or clips to the roof framing system.

Steel decks provide a base for several types of floor or roof. A concrete slab may be cast over a steel deck, or a built-up roof may be applied directly over decking. Wood flooring can be applied also, using wood sleepers anchored to the decking.

The exterior panel faces were cast using white cement and coloured granite aggregates. The exterior surface was machine ground and polished to produce a hard, dense highly reflective finish.
