The New West Partnership Trade Agreement(NWPTA) is an accord between the Governments of British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan that creates Canada's largest, barrier-free, interprovincial market. Under the NWPTA, British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan are the first jurisdictions to commit to full mutual recognition or reconciliation of rules that hinder the free movement of goods, services, investment, and people within Canada. The NWPTA builds on the Trade, Investment and Labour Mobility Agreement(TILMA) between British Columbia and Alberta and has the clarity Saskatchewan was seeking on public ownership of Crowns and the ability of municipalities to support economic development. The NWPTA comes into effect July 1, 2010 and will be fully implemented on July 1, 2013. 1, record 8, English, - New%20West%20Partnership%20Trade%20Agreement

The second variant posits a reduced role for government, and the preservation of an integrated Canadian market as a result of "negative integration". This means that the provinces or states would commit themselves to the free movement of goods, services, labour, and capital among themselves and to achieve this, their powers would be limited by mutual agreement. Essentially, they would commit themselves to avoid discriminating against each other; in other respects each would have a free hand in setting policy. 1, record 18, English, - negative%20integration

1, record 18, French, - int%C3%A9gration%20n%C3%A9gative

The Agreement on Internal Trade(AIT) is an intergovernmental agreement signed by Canadian First Ministers that came into force in 1995. Its purpose is to foster improved interprovincial trade by addressing obstacles to the free movement of persons, goods, services and investments within Canada. The establishment of the AIT marks a significant achievement in helping to remove the existing interprovincial trade barriers, prevent the establishment of new barriers and harmonise interprovincial standards. These actions reduce extra costs to Canadian businesses by making internal trade more efficient, increasing market access for Canadian companies and facilitating work mobility for tradespeople and professionals. 1, record 20, English, - Agreement%20on%20Internal%20Trade

1, record 30, Spanish, - alterglobalizaci%C3%B3n

[Lift trucks. ] "Free lift" is the amount of movement the carriage can make before the cylinder yoke starts lifting the mast. The amount of freelift available is dependent on the mast and truck design. Freelift may range from only a few inches on some models to over 60 in. (1500 mm) on the man-up turret truck. The movement of a free electron from atom to atom leaves a hole in the atom it left. This hole is quickly filled by another free electron. As this movement is transmitted throughout the conductor, an electric current is created from the negative to the positive. At the same time, the "hole" has been moved backward in the conductor as one free electron after another takes its place in a sort of chain reaction. "Hole flow" is from positive to negative. Current flow in a transistor, then, may be either electron movement or hole flow, depending on the type of material, and this determines the type of transistor it is as well. 2, record 46, English, - hole%20flow

It is defined as a device used to change direction for stainless steel wire cable, which is housed in conduit and is used to connect to a cable operated manual pull station, a mechanical gas valve, and/or the fusible link detection, from the Ansul AUTOMAN Regulated Release Mechanism. It is used because bending conduit results in too much friction loss in the movement of the cable in the conduit. There are two types of pulley elbows. Part No. 415670 has socket ends with set screws for ½ in. conduit, and Part No. 423250 has compression ring ends also for ½ in. conduit. During the past several decades the coastal States of the world have been extending seaward their claims to jurisdiction over what has traditionally been recognized as the free seas. Claims have been both geographical, applied to specific maritime areas enclosed by boundaries, and functional, pertaining to certain competences such as control over fishing or drilling for hydrocarbons on the continental shelf. The net effect of these claims has been the gradual partitioning of nearly one-third of the global ocean into various types of maritime zones. The process of expanding maritime claims, sometimes termed "creeping jurisdiction" or "the ocean enclosure movement", may be approaching a temporary plateau. 1, record 87, English, - ocean%20enclosure%20movement

1, record 87, French, - mouvement%20exclusiviste
