Luckily, the Federal government realizes the needs for graduate level study, that's why it suggests the Stafford Loans program in order to supply a diversity of graduate student loans. You should complete a free application for student assistance(FAFSA loan) and then make a decision which loan path to follow. Stafford graduate student loans are managed by the graduate schools to which you are appealing, but they are given by the government. One of the greatest benefits of Stafford graduate student loan is the fact that you will be permitted a half-year grace period that follows your graduation before you should begin your payments. If the government chooses your application, they supply you with a list of their accepted creditors. Only students who have not neglected on other loans are eligible for this kind of loan. If your income is too low, you may pretend to your graduate student loans financed by the government. It means that when you are entered in graduate school, you will not be accountable for the interest on your lend. If your income level is high enough, the interest on your loans will be joined to the principal which you should to pay off. 1, record 13, English, - Stafford%20Loans

One of the western boundary currents of the North Pacific subtropical gyre. 4, record 14, English, - Kuroshio
Record number: 14, Textual support number: 1 OBS
A deep, narrow, and swift current, it continues from the Philippines Current in a northeastward direction from Taiwan along the continental rise of the East China Sea, through Tokara Strait, and close to the eastern coast of Japan. At 35°N it separates from the coast and flows eastward into the Pacific as a free jet known as the Kuroshio Extension. It forms a marked temperature and salinity front with the Oyashio, which meets the Kuroshio Extension from the north and then flows parallel to it. Like all other western boundary currents, the Kuroshio develops instabilities and sheds eddies. Its unique characteristic is that south of Honshu it switches between three quasi-stable paths across the Izu Ridge at irregular intervals of 18 months to several years. Volume transport in the Kuroshio increases downstream and reaches 57 Sv... in the Kuroshio Extension, increasing seasonally by 15% during summer. The current's path in the extension is characterized by large meridional excursions in the so-called First and Second Crest at 145° and 152°E. On approaching the Shatsky Rise at 157°E, the Kuroshio Extension divides into several paths that tend to recombine before the Emperor Seamounts near 170°E cause the current to split again and disintegrate. The flow then continues as the North Pacific Current. 4, record 14, English, - Kuroshio

One expedient method for determining the winds aloft entails the launching and tracking of a pilot balloon, also known as a pibal. The name for these balloons that do not carry instruments apparently came from their use during the 19th century when they were launched prior to manned balloon ascents to help guide or "pilot" the manned balloons. The brightly colored helium filled balloon rises at a known ascent rate. However, the balloon is carried horizontally with the wind. Since the assumption is made that the balloon serves as a tracer of the wind, the horizontal motion of the balloon over measured time intervals can be used to determine the wind speed. An observer visually tracks the motion of the balloon with an instrument called a theodolite and records the elevation and azimuth angles at timed intervals. The sequence of observed elevation and azimuth information are plotted on a plotting board to obtain the balloon motion. The wind speed and direction at each selected level are determined. Wind observations may be limited by low cloud ceilings that obscure the balloon. 2, record 17, English, - pilot%20balloon

In the atmosphere, trees and other grounded objects with points and protuberances may, in disturbed weather, be sources of point discharge current. Close to a pointed and grounded conductor that extends above surrounding objects, the local electric field strength may be many times greater than that existing at the same level far from the elevated conductor. When this local field reaches such a value that a free electron, finding itself acted upon by this field, can be accelerated(in one mean free path) to a sufficiently high velocity to ionize neutral air molecules, point discharge will begin. Different structures will yield point discharge under quite different gross field conditions, for geometry is critically important. Point discharge is recognized as a major process of charge transfer between electrified clouds and the earth, and is a leading item in the charge balance of the global electrical circuit. 3, record 18, English, - point%20discharge

mixing length [is] a concept used in the parameterization of turbulent transport processes. According to this model, fluid masses called eddies, distinguishable from the ambient fluid, spring into existence in some undefined way and then, after moving unchanged over a certain path length, become indistinguishable from the surrounding fluid. This path length, over which the eddy mixes with the surrounding fluid, is called the mixing length. This model is analogous to the mean free path of a molecule or atom between collisions. 3, record 19, English, - mixing%20length

Series Circuits. In series circuits all the caps are hooked up together to provide a single path for the current; one leg wire of one cap is connected to one from another cap, the other from the second cap to one from a third cap, and so on until all caps are included in the circuit. The two free ends are connected by lead wires to a blasting machine or other source of power. It is a simple and quick method of hooking up a number of blasting caps and has the advantage that the whole circuit can be tested with a blasting galvanometer. 2, record 27, English, - series%20circuit

1, record 28, French, - chemin%20sans%20distorsion
