The FLOQ(Federation de Lutte Olympique de Quebec) is the governing body that oversees the sport of freestyle wrestling in the province of Quebec. All athletes, coaches and officials must be registered members with the FLOQ in order to participate in wrestling related activities within the province as well both inside and outside the country.
