According to the translators of the English section in Montreal that we have consulted, "Vienna bakery product" sounds too much like a trademark and "Viennese bread products" would be more appropriate. A generic term like the French "viennoiserie" doesn’t exist in English. 1, record 1, English, - viennoiserie
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 2 OBS
We personally think that it is preferable to borrow the French word "viennoiserie" in English. It is more elegant and, like other culinary expressions, such as "quiche lorraine", it can hardly be translated because of its proper name nature. 1, record 1, English, - viennoiserie

2, record 4, French, - roul%C3%A9%20aux%20l%C3%A9gumes

Philippe, The Original, is one of the oldest and best known restaurants in Southern California. Philippe’s was established in 1908 by Philippe Mathieu, who claimed the distinction of having created the "French Dipped Sandwich." One day in 1918, while making a sandwich, Mathieu inadvertently dropped the sliced French roll into the roasting pan filled with juice still hot from the oven. The patron [took] the sandwich anyway and ... so was born "The French dipped Sandwich." So called either because of Mathieu’s French heritage, the French roll the sandwich is made on or because the officer’s name was French. 2, record 7, English, - French%20dip%20sandwich
