Joint program of the ministère de l'Éducation du Québec, Researcher Training and Research Assistance Fund and of the Ontario Ministry of Education and Training, Fellowship Section, Student Support Branch. French-speaking students from Quebec may obtain a fellowship to undertake studies at the master's or doctorate level in an English-language university in Ontario. Also, English-speaking students from Ontario may obtain a fellowship to undertake studies at the master's or doctorate level in a French-language university in Quebec.
