The PSMA Communications Compendium is designed to provide the information and tools needed to communicate the important messages about renewal. It is intended that this foundation document be used to tailor individual departmental/agency communications’ strategies that speak to specific audiences. The Compendium is an ‘evergreen’ document that will be continuously updated and expanded to include new materials and messaging as needed. It is the communications guide intended to provide direction, tools and consistent messages and brand image. It provides such key documents as frequently asked questions, useful backgrounders, strategic messages and an outline of the PSMA Communications Strategy. The Compendium is designed to clarify the important links between Public Service modernization, human resources modernization, the PSMA, the Treasury Board human resources portfolio and the benefits to Canadians and the Public Service.

Le recueil des communications sur la LMFP est conçu pour donner les informations et les outils nécessaires à la communication de messages importants sur le renouvellement de l'effectif. On prévoit que ce document de base sera utilisé par les ministères et organismes afin d'adapter leurs stratégies de communication aux besoins spécifiques de leurs auditoires. Le recueil est un document «évolutif» qui sera continuellement mis à jour et qui s'enrichira, au besoin, de nouveaux documents et messages. Il s'agit d'un manuel de communications qui vise à fournir des orientations, des outils et des messages uniformes, et à définir l'image de marque. Il contient des documents clés, tels qu'une foire aux questions, des fiches d'information utiles, des messages stratégiques et les grandes lignes de la stratégie de communication sur la LMFP. Le recueil cherche à apporter des éclaircissements sur les liens importants qui existent entre la modernisation de la fonction publique, la modernisation de la gestion des ressources humaines, la LMFP, le portefeuille du Conseil du Trésor en matière de RH et les avantages de la modernisation pour la population canadienne et la fonction publique.

Users dial into the support line, make selections from menus using a touch-tone phone, and enter their fax number.
