DEF

CONT

Incels are misogynists who are deeply suspicious and disparaging of women, whom they blame for denying them their right to sexual intercourse.

OBS

Although the designations "involuntary celibate" and "incels" originated as neutral descriptors, they have since become strongly associated with misogynistic ideology in certain communities.

OBS

DEF

CONT

SQE is made up of a passionate group of parents who understand the challenges and difficulties kids experience at school. Many of [their] own children faced such difficulties-learning to read, frustration with math, a lack of stimulating material, bullying, special needs, and so on. A great majority of these kids with similar problems today are seeking help through paid tutors, expensive home support, and private schools. Those who can’t afford such remedies end up falling through the cracks and unable to reach their potential. SQE cares deeply about these kids. In fact, SQE was founded by a teacher and is today one of the oldest and only charity in Canada dedicated to the improvement of childhood education. SQE supports teachers, parents, and above all, children.

OBS

SQE is one of Canada’s few charities that focuses on helping every child in the public school system reach his or her potential. The remedial resources [it offers] to teachers, parents and students have helped thousands of kids in [the] country succeed and thrive in their academics. SQE was founded by former school teacher, Malkin Dare, in 2002. The SQE believes that every child deserves a public education that helps them flourish and that every child can reach that goal with the proper guidance. SQE is dedicated to helping create an excellent school system in Canada.

The ship could have been sent in due course, but by the time it was ready and available the original purpose of the intended charter-party could not be fulfilled. Therefore, there was "practical" impossibility, or "frustration", even though there was no physical impossibility... The commercial purpose of the original contract has been frustrated; to go on when the delaying act or event has concluded its effects would be to bind the parties by a new contract, in new and different circumstances.

OBS

The current trend in the United States is to abandon the very word "impossible" and "impossibility" and to use instead the terms "impracticable" and "impracticability". This change seems, morever, to be intended to widen the scope of the doctrine of discharge by supervening events.

Frustration of purpose is, in a sense, the converse of impracticability. The two ideas resemble each other in that neither is concerned with cases in which performance has become impossible. Impracticability is said to arise when a supplier of goods, services or other facilities alleges that performance of his own promise has become so burdensome to him that he should no longer be bound to render it. The argument of frustration of purpose, on the other hand, is put forward by the recipient of the goods, services or facilities : it is that supervening events have so greatly reduced the value to him of the other party's performance that he should no longer be bound to accept and pay for it.

The doctrine of frustration originated in cases where performance was said to have become "impossible. "That, in itself, is something of a relative term. What is "impossible" depends partly on the current state of technology, and partly on the amount of trouble and expense to which one is prepared to go to achieve it... the current trend in the United States is to abandon the very words "impossible" and "impossibility" and to use instead the terms "impracticable" and "impracticability. "This change seems, moreover, to be intended to widen the scope of the doctrine of discharge by supervening events.

The Easy Boot is the ultimate in hoof protection and one of the most important items you should carry with you on any ride. [You can] prevent lameness and frustration when you lose a shoe far from home and still finish your ride without compromising the health and safety of your horse. Easy Boots can also be worn in place of steel shoes or even over steel shoes for additional protection, traction and cushioning on rocks and hard ground. These boots are ideal for horses with laminitis, founder, abscesses and other hoof-related medical problems. Made from durable urethane and in sizes to fit most horses, these boots will outlast any steel shoe!

CONT

Easy Boot. Sturdy, one-piece construction protects hoof while riding, trailering or in the stall. Protects hoof injuries or can be used as a quick replacement shoe. Light-weight boots are constructed with tough urethane for protection and traction on rocks, ice, snow or pavement.

The Group of Seven was found in 1920 as an organization of self-proclaimed Canadian modern artists. The Group were not exclusively landscape Canadian painters, and it was only after their first exhibition at the Art Gallery of Toronto in 1920 that they began to identify themselves as a landscape school. They were initially drawn together by a sense of a frustration with the conservative and imitative quality of most Canadian art and presented themselves as Canada's national school of painters. The Group was disbanded in 1933.
