Attitude Sensor. The TSS POS/MV(Position and Orientation Systems for Marine Vessels) is an inertial navigation system delivering full 6 degree-of-freedom position and orientation systems for ships. It combines data from an inertial unit made up of three acceleration meters and three gyrolasers(fibre optic gyroscopes) and two GPS antennas. It delivers the following data with a sampling frequency of 1-200 Hz : roll and pitch(accurate to 0. 02°) ;heave(accurate to 5% amplitude) ;true heading(accurate to 0. 1°). 1, record 1, English, - attitude%20sensor

The prototype helium speech descrambler uses digital signal processing(DSP) to transform the diver's speech, thus counteracting the effect of heliox.... A sampling frequency of 16 KHz or greater captures the full frequency range of the diver's speech. The algorithm uses high order linear prediction to deconvolve and scale the vocal tract components while maintaining the original pitch of the diver's voice. 1, record 4, English, - helium%20speech%20descrambler

1, record 4, French, - d%C3%A9sembrouilleur%20de%20discours

A full run-out means the pitch has required all the rope available. It is usual for the second to warn the leader when he is approaching a full run-out by shouting "ten feet left". This gives the leader notice to seek a belay. 1, record 5, English, - run%2Dout
