The Train to Win stage(females 18+, males 19+) is the final stage of the LTAD [Long-Term Athlete Development] high-performance stream. Medals and podium performances are the primary focus. In the Train to Win stage of LTAD, athletes with identified talent pursue high-intensity training to win international events. They are now full-time athletes.
