The United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities(UNCRPD) is an international human rights treaty, which exists to promote, protect and ensure the full and equal enjoyment of all human rights and fundamental freedoms by all disabled persons. It was adopted on 13 December 2006 at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, and opened for signature on 30 March 2007.

This category of mistake is derived from a small group of cases most of them of modern times, although the doctrine existed at least as early as 1584. The general rule is that a man is estopped by his deed, and although there is no such estoppel in the case of ordinary signed documents, a party of full age and understanding is normally bound by his signature to a document, whether he reads or understands it or not. If, however, a party has been misled into executing a deed or signing a document essentially different from that which he intended to execute or sign, he can plead non est factum in an action against him. The deed or writing is completely void in whosesoever hands it may come.

A will made in the presence of witnesses is written by the testator or by a third person. After making the will, the testator declares in the presence of two witnesses of full age that the document he is presenting is his will. He need not divulge its contents. He signs it at the end or, if he has already signed it, acknowledges his signature; he may also cause a third person to sign it for him in his presence and according to his instructions. The witnesses thereupon sign the will in the presence of the testator.

Where the will is written by a third person or by a mechanical process, the testator and the witnesses initial or sign each page of the act which does not bear their signature. The absence of initials or a signature on each page does not prevent a will made before a notary that is not valid as a notarial will from being valid as a will made in the presence of witnesses, if the other formalities are observed.

The quantitative measurement of the spectral properties of a land cover class that takes into consideration one or several wavelength intervals.

CONT

The full maximum likelihood classifier uses the Gaussian threshold stored in each class signature to determine if a given pixel falls within the class or not. The threshold is the radius(in standard deviation units) of a hyperellipse surrounding the mean of the class in feature space. If the pixel falls inside the hyperellipse, it is assigned to the class, otherwise it is assigned to a null class. However, for this classification, the null class option was not utilized, thus the thresholds were ignored and every pixel was assigned to the most probable class, the nearest class based upon the Mahalanobis distance measure(Richards, 1986).

The common practice of signature ad referendum generally denotes that the signatory State is unable at the time to accept definitively the negotiated terms expressed in the treaty. It has also been interpreted as indicating that the plenipotentiary concerned had no definite instructions to sign, and no time to consult his government.
