A child(including an adopted child, a step-child, or a foster child) who is 18 years or younger and is wholly dependent on the student or the student's spouse for support and for whom the student or spouse has, in law or in fact, the custody and control; or who is 19 years or older and in full-time attendance at a secondary school or at a post-secondary institution and meets the definition of dependent student for the purpose of the CSLP(Canada Student Loans Program).
