When Leaders met in Cancun for the first anniversary of the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America(SPP), they recognized that more direct advice from the private sector would help to drive progress on measures that would be most effective in enabling North American companies to attract investment and create jobs. The results was the creation of the North American Competitiveness Council(NACC), a trilateral advisory body made up of business leaders from each of the three countries. In doing so, Leaders decided that the NACC should function fully independently of governments. NACC members then requested the support of organizations with relevant expertise in each country to act as their secretariats, and my Council is pleased to be serving as the Canadian secretariat. 3, record 4, English, - North%20American%20Competitiveness%20Council

In general, by "dual relationship", it is presumed to mean that a professional, whether a psychologist or a coach, cannot easily and efficiently maintain two different kinds of relationships with the same patient (or athlete). For instance, a psychologist, who is a friend of the patient, cannot effectively maintain a dual relationship with his patient a) as a clinician and b) as caring person or a friend with emotions - at the same time. Inversely, the patient who is a friend of the clinician will likely make undue demands on his friend, e.g. asking for non-essential medication, but at the same time expecting the clinician to provide the best psychiatric care. 2, record 5, English, - dual%20relationship

The sports psychologist/athletic coach dual role : advantages, difficulties, and ethical considerations... The areas of conflict between both roles are addressed... Using modern fast p. p. i. display techniques this data can be converted into alpha-numeric form and other symbols for direct display upon the p. p. i. screen, the position of the data being associated with the position symbol of the relevant target.
