A standard medical approach, indeed a common lay-person's approach, to thinking about disability involves viewing it as a problem that exists in a person's body. As a consequence, that individual is thought to require treatment or care to fix the disability, to approximate normal functioning, or perhaps as a last measure, to help the individual adapt and learn to function despite the disability. So construed, disability is primarily an individual' s medical problem in need of treatment.... this medical model of disability holds that "a person's functional limitations(impairments) are the root cause of any disadvantages experienced and these disadvantages can therefore only be rectified by treatment or cure. Silylation is the introduction of a(usually) substituted silyl group(R3Si–) to a molecule. L'engineering fait appel à un certain nombre de techniques, depuis le génie civil jusqu'aux dispositifs automatiques de contrôle et de régulation. Le personnel technique utilisé comprend donc des spécialistes et des coordinateurs. Ces derniers, souvent appelés ingénieurs de projet, ou encore ingénieurs d'affaires, assurent la liaison avec le futur exploitant, c'est-à-dire le client. 1, record 14, French, - ing%C3%A9nieur%20de%20projet

The major problem with the discharge of pollutants in rivers is that a number of chemicals might not flush directly downstream but some might sediment parts of the river to be later resuspended and moved downstream. It can be hypothesized that streams are spiralling or cascading systems in which the retention in which the retention time and efficiency of resources utilization are maximized through control by specialized functional groups down the stream continuum.... spiralling is a beneficial mechanism in rivers since it helps to maintain an ecological balance in the stream following perturbations but it also helps to increase the damage made by uncontrolled spills of contaminants. 1, record 15, English, - spiralling
