A "regular minister" is a person who is authorized or empowered to perform spiritual duties, conduct religious services, administer sacraments and carry out similar religious functions. Religious functions may include participation in the conduct of religious services, the administration of some of the rituals, ordinances or sacraments, and pastoral responsibilities to specific segments of the religious organization; is appointed or recognized by a body or person with the legitimate authority to appoint or ordain ministers on behalf of or within the religious denomination; and is in a position or appointment of some permanence.... In the absence of a legitimate appointment or recognition, the mere performance of the duties of a minister will not suffice to constitute a "regular minister.

What is bank resolution? Resolution occurs at the point when the authorities determine that a bank is failing or likely to fail, that there is no other private sector intervention that can restore the institution back to viability within a short timeframe and that normal insolvency proceedings would cause financial instability. "Resolution" means the restructuring of a bank by a resolution authority, through the use of resolution tools, to ensure the continuity of its critical functions, preservation of financial stability and restoration of the viability of all or part of that institution, while the remaining parts are put into normal insolvency proceedings. 1, record 16, English, - bank%20resolution

It having become necessary that some authority should be established to regulate the wearing of arms, to preserve a record of the rights of families to the same, to assign armorial ensigns to such persons as should be considered worthy to bear such and to prevent the unwarrantable assumption of the same, King Richard III. by Royal Charter in 1483 incorporated the College of Arms of Heralds’ College, which exercises control over the use of armorial bearings in England. Similar functions are discharged in Scotland by the Court of the Lord Lyon, and in Ireland by the Office of Arms. No arms are of any legal authority or are of any value unless they are recorded in one of these offices. 1, record 42, English, - Court%20of%20the%20Lord%20Lyon
