While certain characteristics of each consultant trust fund differ, in general terms the consultant trust funds are a means of furthering dialogue and collaboration between CIDA and the Multilateral Development Banks(MDBs) and exposing Canadian expertise to the MDBs. The Agriculture and Food Council was formed in 1993 to champion the Creating Tomorrow vision and goals.
