A recoverable draw requires the sales representative to return an unearned amount of the draw or carry forward the unearned amount as a deficit if actual performance results in an earned incentive that is less than the draw provided. Nonrecoverable draws, also known as guarantees because they provide a certain level of incentive pay by the employer, are not expected to be returned, nor is the unearned amount carried forward.(Using Draws Wisely in Your Compensation Plan, Sales & Marketing Management(SAL) ISSN : 0163-7517 Vol : 142, Iss : 9, Aug 1990, p : 92-93.) 2, record 27, English, - recoverable%20draw

In the sales profession, a draw is an incentive paid in advance of performance, such as a draw against future earnings, that typically is used to help salespeople through slow periods. A recoverable draw requires the sales representative to return an unearned amount of the draw or carry forward the unearned amount as a deficit if actual performance results in an earned incentive that is less than the draw provided. Nonrecoverable draws, also known as guarantees because they promise a certain level of incentive pay by the employer, are not expected to be returned, nor is the unearned amount carried forward.(Using Draws Wisely in Your Compensation Plan, Sales & Marketing Management(SAL) ISSN : 0163-7517 Vol : 142, Iss : 9, Aug 1990, p : 92-93.) 2, record 28, English, - non%20recoverable%20draw

Under the relief-from-royalty method, trademark valuation computations generally include consideration of the present value of the annual after-tax stream of revenues-the result of not having to pay royalties-and of the present value of future income tax savings resulting from claiming capital-cost allowances on a specified portion of a trademark's cost; that is, the tax shield. 1, record 30, English, - relief%2Dfrom%2Droyalty%20method

Lindal draws a parallel between the great hydroelectric developments of the early twentieth century which attracted electricity-intensive industries from far and wide to places where very cheap power was available(e. g. the aluminium industry) to the probable appearance within the near future of large geothermal developments which will produce such cheap and abundant heat that it will pay to establish heat-intensive industries close to the available heat more or less regardless of location. 1, record 31, English, - heat%2Dintensive%20industry
