Delta differential one-way ranging(delta-DOR) [:] For certain mission applications, especially targeting a landing site, it is also important to know the spacecraft position in the plane of the sky, which cannot be computed from the line-of-sight ranging data. Another method is needed to address this gap. This is differential one-way ranging(known as delta-DOR), a navigation capability that also benefits RS [radio science] in that the experiments data quality improves from optimizing the navigation solution. Delta-DOR is derived from the more general VLBI [very long baseline interferometric] measurements where two or more tracking stations on different continents are used to determine the position and velocity of the spacecraft in the plane of the sky. 1, record 10, English, - delta%20differential%20one%2Dway%20ranging

In 2015, IAPB Canada was renamed to Canadian Association for Plant Biotechnology (CAPB). IAPB Canada was part of the International Association for Plant Biotechnology (IAPB). IAPB was formed in 1970-1971 with the name of the International Association for Plant Tissue Culture (IAPTC) when plant in vitro regeneration was a major research area in plant sciences. In 1998, IAPTC congress was held in Israel and the association was renamed to include Biotechnology (IAPTC&B) according to the research area expansion. During the 11th IAPTC&B Congress which was held in Beijing, China in 2006, the association name was once again changed to its current name: The International Association for Plant Biotechnology (IAPB). Public health efforts in social justice and policy change to achieve health equity require multi-level action across health and non-health sectors, including community-based organizations and citizens. A "movement building" approach to intersectoral work for health equity goes beyond being part of coalitions and delivering services or programs to "bridge the gap. "Movement building works towards a systemic solution by harnessing the synergy of meaningful relationships that exist based on common values and leveraging different positional roles, strategies and tactics to influence social and institutional change. 2, record 25, English, - intersectoral%20work

Other organisms of lower trophic levels include plant-like microphytobenthos and marine worms living within the sediments. These organisms form an important part of the estuary ecosystem [and] provide energy at the base of the food chain [that] support the growth of larger predators at the top[, ] such as speckled trout or red fish[. Crazy Ivan is a U.S. Navy term for a Soviet submarine manoeuvre, characterized by any number of sudden and sharp turns, used by submarine crews to "look behind" them. Because of the acoustic distortions and noise caused by propeller blades, it is nearly possible for conventional sonars to detect objects directly behind a submarine. Thus, with sudden turns, the area where the sonar is not effective shifts relative to the current heading of the submarine, causing previous gaps in sonar coverage to be revealed while masking known areas. 1, record 91, English, - crazy%20Ivan
Record number: 91, Textual support number: 1 OBS
The "crazy" part of the name comes from the fact that these manoeuvre were very sudden and "Ivan" was a common nickname used to refer to the Russians. A standard tactic of pursuing submarines would be to closely follow the Soviet submarine hidden right in the sonar gap, causing the U. S. submarine to go undetected. 1, record 91, English, - crazy%20Ivan

The Provincial Health Ethics Network is a non-profit, non-partisan society that aims to promote discussion and action on ethical issues in health and health care. Unique in its mandate, size and scope in Canada(and possibly the world), it is funded primarily by the provincial government and regional health authorities of the province of Alberta, Canada. It acts as a resource centre on health ethics, providing educational offerings and easy access to bioethics books, articles and videos for informing others and generating dialogue. The network works closely with the university-based health/medical ethics centres in the province to bridge the traditional gap between academia and those providing or accessing health care and to engage members of the public in informed dialogue about bioethics issues of relevance to all. 2, record 100, English, - Provincial%20Health%20Ethics%20Network
