An energy performance contract(EPC) is a performance-based financing mechanism that enables a client organization to leverage the technical and financial capacity of an energy service company(ESCO) to design, build, and secure financing to improve energy management practices and/or retrofits within a facility or group of facilities. This contracting model is a low-risk, turnkey service that delivers guaranteed energy and cost savings. The ESCO assumes some, or all, of the initial capital costs, and the client repays the ESCO over a specified period from the resulting utility cost savings. After the contract closes, the client receives ongoing savings from energy, GHG [greenhouse gas] emissions, and utility costs. 2, record 1, English, - energy%20performance%20contract

The injection of natural gas and urea has been shown to enhance the NOx reduction potential of the natural gas in utility boilers. The chemical kinetics mechanisms of FLGR® and SNCR have many of the same selective reactions. The injection of natural gas in hot, low oxygen furnace gas results in the formation of hydrocarbon radicals(CHi) and the subsequent formation of nitrogen radicals. The injection of urea(NH2-CO-NH2) results in the formation of similar nitrogen radicals. Both of these reagents reduce NOx to molecular nitrogen through a series of similar reactions. 8, record 7, English, - nitrogen%28%26%23183%3B%29

The watt-hour(symbol W·h or Wh) is a unit of energy. It is most commonly used on household electricity meters in the form of the kilowatt-hour(kW·h or kWh), which is 1, 000 watt-hours. It is not used in the International System of Units(SI), despite being based on the watt, as the hour is not a SI unit. The SI unit of energy is the joule(J), equal to one watt-second. It is, however, a commonly used unit, especially for measuring electric energy. 1 watt-hour is equivalent to 3, 600 joules(1 W x 3600 s), the joule being the canonical SI unit of energy. Thus a kilowatt-hour is 3, 600, 000 joules or 3. 6 megajoules.... The kilowatt-hour is commonly used for electrical and natural gas energy. Many electric utility companies use the kilowatt-hour for billing. 3, record 9, English, - kilowatt%2Dhour
