Différents solutés de remplissage sont à notre disposition. Ils se répartissent en deux grandes catégories, les cristalloïdes et les colloïdes. Le choix d’un produit de remplissage doit prendre en compte les propriétés physico-chimiques, pharmacocinétiques et pharmacodynamiques du soluté, ses effets secondaires, ainsi que le contexte et l’indication du remplissage vasculaire.
