The total mortality rate estimated from the lengths in the scientific surveys, the number of fishing days of a fleet per season, the percentage of immature individuals as well as the amount of gear per fishing area are indicators of fishing pressure on a population. For example, a mean total mortality rate estimated during a period when fishing would not have had an impact on the health of the population can serve as a target reference point. Recommendations aimed at reducing the level of withdrawal can then be issued when this target reference is exceeded. 2, record 3, English, - fishing%20pressure

2, record 3, French, - pression%20de%20p%C3%AAche

During flight, applied loads which are imposed on the wing structure are primarily on the skin. From the skin they are transmitted to the ribs and from the ribs to the spars. The MLG [main landing gear] retracts inwards into the fuselage wheel well. Each MLG has two doors. The outboard door is rigidly attached at the strut. The inboard door operates by mechanical linkage to the strut and is held in up position by two uplock cylinders. This uplock is released when landing gear lever is placed in down position by hydraulic pressure, or by nitrogen pressure in emergency. The MLG is held, while airborne, in retracted position by hydraulic pressure in the actuator and by the inboard door mechanical uplock, if pressure drops. As the gear is extended, an internal lock in the actuator automatically locks it in fully extended positions. 4, record 11, English, - landing%20gear%20control%20lever

A cepstrum is a spectrum of a logarithmic power spectrum. Because of this, a peak in the cepstrum indicates periodicity in the spectrum; usually, this signifies a family of harmonics at equal frequency intervals. 1, record 19, English, - cepstral%20analysis
Record number: 19, Textual support number: 2 OBS
Cepstral analysis has been widely applied to gear monitoring. The cepstrum is well suited for the detection of sidebands in vibration spectra and for the estimation of their evolution during gear life. In addition, since the cepstrum estimates the average sideband spacing over a wide frequency range, it allows very accurate measurement of the sideband periodicity. It is therefore applicable to both detection and diagnosis of gear faults. 2, record 19, English, - cepstral%20analysis

A compression limiter is not necessary, but very recommended if you are recording live audio to tape or to sound card samples. It is a separate piece much like an effects unit. It is used and connected usually directly in the path between instruments or microphones to your recording equipment. It auto adjusts the recording levels into your mixer or sound recording gear so that you cannot overload the record inputs. It also boosts the soft sounds so they do not get lost and hard to hear. It makes the soft strings or vocals audible as well as keeping those blazing guitars from over running the rest of your sounds. 1, record 24, English, - compression%20limiter
