Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 CONT
Stargardt's disease is the most common cause of juvenile macular dystrophy that can cause progressive central visual loss.... The disease affects the retinal pigment epithelium(RPE) and photoreceptor layers, and typically has an onset in childhood or young adulthood. The disease is caused by mutations in gene encoding photoreceptor cell-specific-ATP-binding cassette transporter ABCA4 that leads to an abnormal accumulation of lipofuscin in the RPE and the photoreceptors causing degenerative changes. 7, record 1, English, - Stargardt%27s%20disease

3, record 1, French, - maladie%20de%20Stargardt

Our proprietary technology is based on the design of vectors carrying the genes of the immunoglobulin light and heavy chains on the same plasmid. The expression of these genes is controlled by efficient expression cassettes linked to antibiotic resistance markers that facilitate the selection of high producing clones. 1, record 2, English, - expression%20cassette

3, record 2, French, - cassette%20d%27expression
Record number: 2, Textual support number: 2 CONT
3, record 2, French, - cassette%20d%27expression
