Nucleoprotein Gene Tracking has been used to analyze purified nucleoprotein complexes(NPC) for the presence of tightly bound genes, such as p53, c-abl, bcl2 and other genes. Patients(n=47) with chronic myelogenous leukemia(CML) and normal controls(n=10) were examined for specific gene sequences in NPC.
