PWGSC [Public Works and Government Services Canada] provides office space in accordance with the Framework for Office Accommodation and Accommodation Services and the PWGSC Office Accommodation Allocation Limits appended to that document. Departments can develop MOA [Master Occupancy Agreements] with PWGSC which will then take precedence over the generic standards. This document describes the 4 GRPs [Generic Requirements Packages] which PWGSC developed to act as models for the more specific tenant requirements contained in the MOA. Four office types are described in this document :-General Administrative Offices primarily accommodate administrative and related functions(e. g. a headquarters or regional office facility) ;-Public Contact Offices accommodate functions primarily involved with providing services to the public(e. g. offices serving the public by phone, mail or in-person such as Employment Centres, Passport Offices) ;-Secure Administrative Offices : require enhanced levels of security(e. g. Parole Offices of Corrections Canada) ;-Quasi-judicial Offices : are facilities designated for adjudicative or legislative functions(e. g.
