In general, psychiatric treatments have improved significantly over the past several decades, beginning with the advent of modern psychiatric medications. In the past, psychiatric patients were often hospitalized for six months or more, with a significant number of cases involving hospitalization for many years. Today, most psychiatric patients are managed as outpatients. If hospitalization is required, the average hospital stay is around two to three weeks, with only a small number of cases involving long-term in-patient care. 3, record 1, English, - psychiatric%20patient

1, record 2, French, - dur%C3%A9e%20de%20la%20saison%20de%20croissance%20sans%20gel

Low waves with longer periods, primarily in summer, move sand from the bar and return it to the berm. The average wave height varies on a seasonal basis, resulting in typical “winter”(high energy) and “summer”(low energy) beach profiles. A technical indicator is a series of data points that are derived by applying a formula to the price data of a security. Price data includes any combination of the open, high, low or close over a period of time. Some indicators may use only the closing prices, while others incorporate volume and open interest into their formulas. The price data is entered into the formula and a data point is produced. For example, the average of 3 closing prices is one data point ((41+43+43) / 3 = 42.33) ... A series of data points over a period of time is required to create valid reference points to enable analysis. By creating a time series of data points, a comparison can be made between present and past levels. For analysis purposes, technical indicators are usually shown in a graphical form above or below a security’s price chart. Once shown in graphical form, an indicator can then be compared with the corresponding price chart of the security. 2, record 29, English, - technical%20indicator

4, record 32, French, - classification%20climatique%20de%20K%C3%B6ppen

Havana Charter was the charter of the defunct International Trade Organization(ITO). It was signed by 53 countries on March 24, 1948. It allowed for international cooperation and rules against anti-competitive business practices. The charter ultimately failed because the Congress of the United States rejected it. Elements of it would later become part of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade(GATT). The charter, proposed by John Maynard Keynes, was to establish the ITO and a financial institution called the International Clearing Union(ICU), and an international currency; the bancor. The Havana Charter institutions were to stabilize trade by encouraging nations to "net zero", with trade surplus and trade deficit both discouraged. This negative feedback was to be accomplished by allowing nations overdraft equal to half the average value of the country's trade over the preceding five years, with interest charged on both surplus and deficit. 2, record 33, English, - Havana%20Charter

More often, however, an EPF scheme is a non-contributory, low flat-rate scheme intended particularly for hourly-paid manual workers(hence the term "cloth cap pension") where a more generous type of pension scheme is not available to them. The representation of a general pulse transmission system is given in Figure 8. 1. Here, the information input to the system is encoded in some sense.... This encoded signal drives the modulator, which maps the pulse sequence into an analog wave suitable for transmission over the channel.... At the receiving end, the demodulator maps the received analog waveform into a pulse sequence that is a "best guess" of the sequence transmitted. The decoder operates on the binary sequence to extract the information originally impressed on the encoder. The overall objective is to transfer the information from the input to the output within some a priori specified low error rate, where the error rate is the average number of disagreements per unit of time between the inputs and the outputs. 1, record 51, English, - pulse%20transmission%20system

In general, ship garbage resembles average municipal garbage. When it is generated near shore or in port it must be put ashore into dock-side reception facilities. When at sea, food wastes and other biodegradables may be "discharged" overboard under controlled conditions, but plastics... must be put ashore, no matter where they are generated. One type of waste presents a classification problem, namely dry bulk cargo residues such as grains, fertilizers, ores and others. 1, record 54, English, - dry%20bulk%20cargo%20residues

1, record 54, French, - r%C3%A9sidus%20secs%20de%20cargaison%20en%20vrac
