The Prince Edward Island Department of Community and Cultural Affairs, with assistance from Environment Canada, is planning a Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day to be held June 4, 1988. The event will be staged in conjunction with other activities proposed for National Environment Week and will contribute to the general heightening of environmental awareness among members of the public on the Island.
