PWGSC [Public Works and Government Services Canada] provides office space in accordance with the Framework for Office Accommodation and Accommodation Services and the PWGSC Office Accommodation Allocation Limits appended to that document. Departments can develop MOA [Master Occupancy Agreements] with PWGSC which will then take precedence over the generic standards. This document describes the 4 GRPs [Generic Requirements Packages] which PWGSC developed to act as models for the more specific tenant requirements contained in the MOA.
