Air Officer Commanding(AOC) is a title given in the air forces of Commonwealth(and some other) nations to an air officer who holds a command appointment. Thus, an air vice marshal might be the AOC 38 Group. An air officer heading, a particularly large or important command may be called a Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief(AOC-in-C). The Good Grievance Network(GGN) consists of all complaint resolution resources available on the Base or Wing, or in the region. At a minimum, the GGN consists of the unit CO [Commanding officer] the local DJA [Deputy Judge Advocate], Base or Wing HQ [headquarters] HR [human resources] staff, a representative from the local Dispute Resolution Centre(Base or Regional) and a member of DGCFGA [Director General Canadian Forces Grievance Authority].
