It typically records the quantity of space occupied in rentable and usable measurement, the address, the number of parking spaces provided, and the planned general use of the accommodation. There are three categories of Occupancy Instruments as follows : 1. non-reimbursing occupancy instrument means a formal agreement between PSPC and the RCMP that does not oblige the RCMP to pay on a monthly basis for office space identified in the Occupancy Instrument; 2. reimbursing occupancy instrument under the Expansion Control Framework means a formal agreement between PSPC and the RCMP which requires the RCMP to pay monthly for space which they occupy; 3. reimbursing occupancy instrument non Expansion Control Framework or fully reimbursing means the formal agreement between PSPC and the RCMP which requires that the RCMP pay monthly charges for the space it occupies.  1, record 1, English, - occupancy%20instrument

En général, l'accord d’occupation spécifie la superficie louable et utilisable de l'espace occupé, l'adresse, le nombre de places de stationnement fourni et la destination générale de l'immeuble. Il existe trois types d'accord d’occupation : 1. «accord d'occupation sans remboursement» : convention officielle entre la GRC et SPAC en vertu de laquelle la GRC n'est pas tenue de verser une somme mensuelle pour l'utilisation des locaux à bureaux désignés dans l'accord d’occupation; 2. «accord d'occupation avec remboursement par le truchement du Plan de contrôle de l'expansion (PCE)» : convention officielle entre la GRC et SPAC en vertu de laquelle la GRC est tenue de verser une somme mensuelle pour son occupation des locaux; 3. «accord d'occupation avec remboursement sans le truchement du Plan de contrôle de l'expansion, ou avec remboursement complet» : convention officielle conclue entre la GRC et SPAC en vertu de laquelle la GRC doit verser une somme mensuelle pour son occupation des locaux.  1, record 1, French, - accord%20d%27occupation
