A general decrease in the incidence of colloform textures with an increasing grade of metamorphism has been reported from pyritic deposits in the Urals, Japanese sulphide deposits and Canadian Precambrian volcanic masive sulphide deposits. Both these adjustments generally improve the ores from the point of view of the mineral processor. Collins’ set of tutorial rules was used to construct an experimental Socratic tutoring system for rainfall processes called WHY(Stevens and Collins, 1977).
