A Go-NoGo gauge(or Go/no go) refers to an inspection tool used to check a workpiece against its allowed tolerances. Its name derives from its use : the gauge itself has two tests; the check involves the workpiece's having to pass one test(Go) and ’fail' the other(No Go).... A Go NoGo gauge is a measuring tool that does not return a size in the conventional sense, but instead returns a state. The state is either acceptable(the part is within tolerance and may be used) or it is unacceptable(and must be rejected). 2, record 5, English, - go%2C%20no%2Dgo%20adapter

Record number: 5, Textual support number: 1 CONT
3, record 5, French, - calibre%20entre%20n%27entre%20pas

Roger E. Levien, vice president of strategy at Xerox, would go further. ’It is that, plus the continuing trade deficit, the S&L crisis, the educational deficit, the decline of our once-great cities, the erosion of our economic infrastructure, the persistence of an underclass locked in a cycle of poverty, violence and despair. And against that backdrop, the leadership deficit. Nobody is offering credible answers or a Churchillian call to arms. ’ 1, record 6, English, - leadership%20deficit
Record number: 6, Textual support number: 1 OBS
"Leadership" involves having the ability to lead and "deficit" implies that there are not enough candidates with such qualities as integrity, courage and strength to face the problems that arise when running a nation.
