Quick Facts : Work on the Lakeshore East Line is part of a larger, system-wide plan to improve overall GO Transit service, including the delivery of GO Regional Express Rail by 2024-25. To support transit improvements, Metrolinx will be undertaking major infrastructure upgrades, including additional track, GO station modifications, improved rail crossings, required systems for electrification, and new locomotives and train control systems to enable more frequent service. The province is investing $21. 3 billion to transform the GO rail network from a commuter transit system to a regional rapid transit system. The project is being delivered as a build finance(BF) contract using Infrastructure Ontario's Alternative Financing and Procurement(AFP) model, which transfers risks associated with construction and financing of the project to the private sector. 1, record 1, English, - build%20finance%20contract

1, record 1, French, - contrat%20construction%20financement

In its early stages a junior mining company is usually a private company with few shareholders. With this structure, small amounts of risk capital are raised by the principals(or the promoter) selling treasury shares to a small number of individuals without the company going public and issuing a prospectus. However, when the company reaches the stage that more capital is needed than can be raised privately, it will "go public" and raise funds through a Distribution to the Public of unissued treasury shares by prospectus or statement of material fact. 1, record 2, English, - junior%20mining%20company

1, record 2, French, - petite%20soci%C3%A9t%C3%A9%20mini%C3%A8re

A dedicated team of volunteer Board members ensures that programs continue to effectively meet the changing needs of youth. As a charitable organization, the programs are supported through bingos, special events, project grants, private donations and cafe revenues. The political terrain on which the environmental debate is conducted today is defined almost entirely by the central premises of the environmental left. The green lobby maintains that ecological resources are by definition public property, or commons, that must be centrally planned and stewarded by bureaucratic agents lest they be recklessly despoiled by industry. Moreover, central planners must not only have nearly complete veto power over private actions that might affect the environment; they must also be empowered to stipulate how much pollution is acceptable and exactly how each business is to go about controlling emissions and even, in some circumstances, how products are manufactured. 2, record 6, English, - green%20lobby
