Exploring the interrelationship between these three elements and their assimilation into the everyday lives of Canadians--sometimes ubiquitous and seamless, at other times relentless and disruptive--tells much about the behaviour and attitudes of Canadians in the context of the changing media environment. 1, record 6, English, - Canadian%20Internet%20Project

1, record 6, French, - Recherche%20Internet%20Canada

The following principles should apply to Low-Impact Whale Watching : a) Whale watching activity must allow cetaceans to continue whatever behaviour they are engaged in at the time of contact. b) The goal of whale watching should not be interaction but observation of undisturbed cetacean behaviour. When cetaceans decide to interact with whale watchers, the cetaceans should always remain in control of the situation : that is, they should be free to determine the duration and nature of any interaction. c) On a long-term basis, whale watching should not lead to changes in cetacean group behaviour or dynamics, a change in habitat use, or a decline in reproductive success. 1, record 8, English, - low%2Dimpact%20whale%20watching

Record number: 8, Textual support number: 1 OBS
2, record 8, French, - observation%20%C3%A9cologique%20des%20baleines
Record number: 8, Textual support number: 2 OBS
2, record 8, French, - observation%20%C3%A9cologique%20des%20baleines
