Best disease(Best vitelliform macular dystrophy, BVMD) is a rare autosomal dominant disorder due to the mutation of BEST1(or VMD2, TU15B...) gene with incomplete penetrance and variable expression which typically presents in childhood. However, there are also reports of autosomal recessive BVMD. Its characteristic presentation is by bilateral fundus changes of egg-yolk appearance(as in a fried egg with sunny side up) at the macula in both eyes. The retinal pigment epithelium(RPE) is primarily affected.... The visual prognosis of the disease is usually good, usually maintaining driving/reading capability in at least one eye throughout life. 5, record 1, English, - Best%27s%20disease

The Deluxe Cool White lamp, in appearance, looks like the Cool White lamp, but it has a richer color quality of light. It is an excellent lamp for merchandising, where a wide range of products and materials must be made to look their best. Cool White Deluxe is also good for hospital and recovery rooms. The deluxe phosphor used in this lamp does reduce lamp efficacy below the level for a standard Cool White lamp. 1, record 14, English, - deluxe%20cool%20white%20lamp

Face powder dusted on top of a foundation provides a peach-skin appearance. Many ingredients are needed to provide the characteristics of good powder. Talc helps it slip, or spread easily; chalk or kaolin give it moisture-absorbing qualities; magnesium stearate helps it adhere; zinc oxide and titanium dioxide permit it to cover the skin more thoroughly; and various pigments add colour. 1, record 21, English, - face%20powder
