The Justice Studies Center of the Americas(JSCA) is an autonomous, intergovernmental organisation whose mission is to support the countries of the region in their judicial reform processes. The Center is headquartered in Santiago, Chile, and it includes all of the active member states of the OAS. The JSCA was created in 1999 by a resolution of the General Assembly of the Organization of American States(OAS) in compliance with the mandates contained in the Plan of Action of the Second Americas Summit(Santiago, April 1998) and the recommendations adopted at the General Meeting of the Justice Ministers and Ministers or Attorney's General of the Americas(REMJA). El Centro de Estudios de Justicia de las Américas (CEJA) es una entidad intergubernamental autónoma, cuya misión es apoyar a los Estados de la región en sus procesos de reforma a la justicia. Su sede se encuentra en Santiago, Chile, y sus miembros son todos los países integrantes activos de la Organización de Estados Americanos (OEA).
