Consultations with the Canadian sport community determined that alternative dispute resolution would have an immensely positive impact on the culture of sport in Canada. In response, the Government of Canada put in place the interim ADRsportRED program until such time as the permanent Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada is established.
