Canada Conferencing Service (CCS) uses a collaboration technology called Cisco Webex that allows users to meet with anyone, anywhere, and on any device (desktops, smartphones, traditional or mobile phones, and other devices which use standards-based browser technology). It can also be used for audio-only calls (such as a traditional teleconference), videoconference, or web conference.

The Government Teleconferencing Service(GTS) closed down on November 30, 2020, and it was replaced by the Canada Conferencing Service(CCS) run by Shared Services Canada.
