"Grande-Grave" is the spelling of the name of a historically inhabited place; it is also the specific in "Grande-Grave National Historic Site(Que.) ", a national historic site managed by Parks Canada. The name of the first establishment, "Grande-Grave", was later spelled "Grande-Grève", but changed back to "Grande-Grave" on October 21, 1993, by a decision of the Commission de toponymie du Québec. In Canada (with two exceptions as of December 31, 1995), the name of an inhabited place has only one form in English and French, which form is listed in the Gazetteer of the province or territory according to the Incorporation Act of the entity. This rule also applies for the historic designation of an inhabited place, even if the designation is not or no longer gazetteered. 3, record 2, English, - Grande%2DGrave

3, record 2, French, - Grande%2DGrave
