3, record 1, French, - asthme%20d%27orage

Sjögren reticular dystrophy is an exceedingly rare condition... with both autosomal recessive and dominant modes of inheritance. A bilateral and symmetric reticular pattern of RPE [retinal pigment epithelium] clumping, hyperplasia, and associated atrophic degenerative changes is noted that may or may not be associated with a slight decrease in central vision. In the initial stages, pigment granules accumulate at the site of the fovea with a network that resembles a "fishnet with knots. "The midperiphery and periphery may be spared, but in some cases this may be the principal area of involvement.... The reticular changes probably appear in infancy and are often fully developed by 15 years of age. 3, record 2, English, - Sj%C3%B6gren%27s%20reticular%20dystrophy

Yeast autolysates are concentrates of the soluble components of yeast cells and in Europe are predominantly produced by autolysis. That is to say, that the cell hydrolysis is performed without addition of other enzymes. Yeast autolysates are known under the name of "yeast extracts" and are mainly used in the fermentation industry as substrates and in the food industry as flavour improvers. In Europe, the major raw material for yeast extract is primary grown high protein yeast (strains of Saccharomyces cerevisiae), which is grown on molasses based media. In the United Kingdom and in the United States, yeast extracts are also manufactured from debittered brewers yeasts (strains of saccharomyces cerevisiae or Saccharomyces uvarum). Other raw materials in use are yeasts such as Kluyveromyces fragilis (fermented on whey) or Candida utilis (grown on high carbohydrate waste-products of the timber industry or on ethanol). 3, record 14, English, - yeast%20extract

Ring sideroblasts are erythroblasts with iron-loaded mitochondria visualized by Prussian blue staining(Perls’ reaction) as a perinuclear ring of blue granules.... The International Working Group on Morphology of Myelodysplastic Syndrome(IWGM-MDS) recommended that ring sideroblasts be defined as erythroblasts in which there are a minimum of five siderotic granules covering at least one third of the circumference of the nucleus. Ring sideroblasts are found exclusively in pathological conditions, and should not be confused with ferritin sideroblasts, which are present in normal bone marrow.... While the iron of ferritin sideroblasts is stored in cytosolic ferritin, whose subunits are encoded by the FTH1 and FTL genes, the iron of ring sideroblasts is stored in mitochondrial ferritin, encoded by the FTMT gene. 3, record 31, English, - ring%20sideroblast

... When wheat is milled into flour, starch granules are subjected to physical damage and granules may be fractured, cracked, chopped or otherwise changed. As a result, normal flours may contain varying amounts of starch granules damaged to varying degrees in addition to intact starch granules. Hard wheat flours usually have much higher starch damage values than soft wheat flours. Starch granules in soft wheat endosperm are loosely bound in the kernel and easily released in milling; on the other hand, starch granules in hard wheat endosperm are firmly bound in a much stronger protein matrix and therefore more liable to damage when endosperm fragments are reduced during milling. 1, record 52, English, - hard%20wheat%20flour

2, record 52, French, - farine%20de%20bl%C3%A9%20de%20force

Dry granulation converts primary powder particles into granules using the application of pressure without the intermediate use of a liquid. It therefore avoids heat-temperature combinations that might cause degradation of the product. When wheat is milled into flour some of the starch granules in the endosperm are broken. This damaged starch absorbs much more water than the undamaged granules. If too little damaged starch is in the flour, it will be difficult to mix normal to high-hydration doughs. If there is too much, the flour will exhibit high absorption, but the loaf may flatten at the end of proofing as the excess water is released. In between these extremes, as damages starch increases, absorption will go up, but at the expense of extensibility and overall dough strength. 2, record 92, English, - damaged%20starch

An antibody, usually IgE, that binds to tissue cells that have surface receptors for the Fc fragment of the immunoglobulin. The bound antibody retains its capacity to combine with antigen and the occurrence of an antigen-antibody reaction stimulates the subjacent cell to release the contents of its granules or to engage in enhanced phagocytic activity. 1, record 97, English, - cytotropic%20antibody

3, record 98, French, - d%C3%A9granulation
