In 2018, Chicago procured two [multipurpose tractors] specifically for bike lane winter maintenance. [The] vehicles include a number of attachments such as drop spreaders for sand and salt, plows, rotary sweepers for bike lanes, and a power washer for cleaning green alleys, which will promote their usage for maintenance year-round. 4, record 1, English, - rotary%20sweeper

Most rotary sweepers, when observed from the right side, will rotate clockwise (counterclockwise when viewed from the left). Debris is propelled forward. Bronze disease is the irreversible and nearly inexorable corrosion process occurring when chlorides come into contact with bronze or other copper-bearing alloys. It occurs as a dark green or a lighter fuzzy green coating on copper, bronze, and other copper-bearing alloys generally due either to contamination by salt water or after burial in dirt(as chloride salts are generally present in soil to some degree). If not treated, complete destruction of the affected artefact is possible. Transfer of chlorides from the contaminated artefact to other artefacts can spread the condition. 2, record 2, English, - bronze%20disease

2, record 4, French, - saumur%C3%A9

Development of ionic liquids as green reaction media and catalysts.... Ionic liquids are in general defined as liquid electrolytes composed entirely of ions. More recently, the melting point criterion has been proposed to distinguish between molten salt(high melting, highly viscous, and very corrosive medium) and ionic liquids(liquid below 100°C and relatively low viscosity). Generally, ionic liquids include liquid compounds which involves organic compounds(tetrabutylphosphonium chloride, mp 80°C) and organominerals(triethylammonium chloride/copper chloride, 1/1, mp 25°C). 1, record 6, English, - ionic%20liquid

3, record 6, French, - liquide%20ionique

Town-Country Symbiosis in Calcutta. Historically, the city's eastward expansion halted west of a marginal zone of low lying marshlands, variously known as Dhapa, East Calcutta, or the area of the salt water lakes. Here a symbiotic, creative relationship exists between town and country. With the participation of the rural inhabitants, much of the solid trash, liquid sewage, and polluted air generated by the metropolis of over ten million inhabitants is recycled into organic nutrients, fresh water, and clean air. The system reduces urban waste, creates a daily supply of fresh fish and green vegetables for Calcutta's kitchens, and generates employment and revenue for East Calcutta's thirty-odd villages. 1, record 9, English, - town%2Dcountry%20symbiosis
