Record number: 4, Textual support number: 1 CONT
The green channel is the cleanest on digital cameras and therefore the sensors deliver less noise. Because of this, green screens are by far [more] popular [than blue screens]. Extremely versatile, green screens work great for indoor, outdoor or studio shoots. And, because of their brightness, you’ll be able to get away with using fewer studio lights (thus saving time and money when shooting.) 4, record 4, English, - green%20screen
Record number: 4, Textual support number: 1 OBS
With modern digital cameras, the green color is processed the cleanest with the most luminance. The result is that you’ll often be able to pull a clean key with the least amount of noise, and often, without a complicated lighting setup. Conversely, because of green's brightness, it can also lead to more "spill, "meaning the green color may reflect and bleed over on your on-screen talent.... To combat this, ensure that there is sufficient distance between the talent and the green screen background. Green is also an ideal choice if you’re compositing in a "daytime" background. Any leftover green can blend better into daytime footage, while it's more challenging to blend green against a darker(or nighttime) background. 5, record 4, English, - green%20screen

2, record 4, French, - fond%20vert
Record number: 4, Textual support number: 1 OBS
4, record 4, French, - fond%20vert

[A] blue screen will require twice as much light as [a] green screen, often a whole f-stop. But because of this difference in luminosity, blue also results in less color spill. Blue screen is also ideal for replicating darker or nighttime conditions. 4, record 5, English, - blue%20screen
Record number: 5, Textual support number: 1 OBS
The blue screen method was developed in the 1930s at RKO Radio Pictures. ... Before digital chroma keying, bluescreening was accomplished using film. The camera color negative was printed onto high-contrast black and white film, using either a filter or the color sensitivity of the black and white film to limit it to the blue channel. 2, record 14, French, - proc%C3%A9d%C3%A9%20autochrome

A number of methods may be employed to carry out routine checks of the setting angles of light units. A simple method... uses a sighting stick, marked with the runway designation(s) to which it applies. At the top of the stick is a small rectangular green transparent screen, which is engraved with two horizontal lines about 5 cm apart to correspond to about 5 minutes of arc at the distance at which the sighting stick will be used. 1, record 17, English, - sighting%20stick

1, record 17, French, - r%C3%A9glet%20de%20vis%C3%A9e
